2. Service Overview

Simulyne is a funnel mapping and simulation platform that allows individuals and businesses to design, plan, and optimize digital sales funnels. All services are provided strictly on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Simulyne is offered only as a paid subscription.

No free trials are provided.

No refunds will be issued for any reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and billing will stop for the following period.

If payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, your account may be suspended or terminated.

4. Commercial Use

You are permitted to use Simulyne for personal or commercial purposes, including creating funnel simulations for clients.

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of the projects, designs, and content you create.

Simulyne securely stores data via third-party hosting providers but does not claim ownership or rights to use your content for marketing or demonstration purposes without your consent.

Simulyne is not liable for any loss of data, corruption, or damages resulting from outages, errors, or third-party issues.

6. Service Availability

Simulyne strives to maintain 99.9% uptime.

In the rare event of a service interruption lasting more than 14 consecutive days, you may be eligible for a refund of that month’s subscription fee.

Refunds do not apply to any prior months.

7. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Payments remain unresolved for more than 14 days.

Users violate these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use data.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled individually between you and Simulyne. By using the service, you agree to resolve disputes without class actions or formal court proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Simulyne provides services “as-is” and makes no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

11. Updates to Terms
